Anti-social Behaviour Case Review
An Anti-social behaviour case review – formerly known as a Community Trigger – is a way for you to ask for a case review of your ongoing and persistent anti-social behaviour (ASB) problem.
If you have reported anti-social behaviour (ASB) to the council, police or housing provider but feel that not enough action has been taken to respond to your report, the ASB case review enables you to ask for a case review.
By starting an ASB case review, the case will be reviewed by the agencies involved such as the police, council, health teams and social housing providers.
The ASB case review can be used by individuals, businesses or community groups.
