About our Publication Scheme
The Freedom of Information Act (2000) (FOIA) requires every public authority to have a Publication Scheme.
The Publication Scheme outlines the information that should be recorded by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) and made available to the public.
Our Publication Scheme is in line with the Information Commissioner’s Officer Model Publication Scheme.
To find out more about our Scheme, read our publication scheme (PDF).
The OPCC are committed to being fully compliant with the Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information) Order 2011, which sets out the information that all OPCC’s must make public. Read our Specific Information Order (PDF).
Guidelines for OPCCs publishing information was published by the Home Office in 2013 and was based on the Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information) Order 2011. Read our publishing information guidelines (PDF).
