Free Training for Night Time Workers

The OPCC has also partnered with nighttime economy experts to develop a training programme for businesses and staff.

This training focuses on preventing violence and harassment against women and girls at night, and empowers you to become an active bystander, creating safer, more enjoyable spaces for everyone.

If you work in or own a business that operates between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. and are interested in understanding how we can collectively prevent violence against women and girls, you can join the training below.

If you’re based in Bristol, click here.

If you’re in Bath and North East Somerset, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, or Somerset, click here.

Please note, the Worker Protection Amendment to the Equality Act 2010 is increasing the responsibility of employers to safeguard their employees from sexual harassment. By participating in this training and implementing the preventative and supportive measures offered by the training, your organisation can take proactive steps to protect you, your customers, and your teams.
