  The Independent Scrutiny of Police Complaints Panel is made up of a selection of volunteers who form a scrutiny panel looking at police complaints and highlighting good practice.

• Out of Court Disposals Panel

  The Out of Court Disposal Scrutiny Panel independently reviews the use of Out of Court Disposals.

• Independent Scrutiny of Police Powers Panel

  Local people who have an interest in policing are helping the PCC monitor the use of police powers.
